  • I do not know anything about Niagara, is this course for me?

    Absolutely. It is what we call 'Level 1 course', it assumes you do not have any previous Niagara knowledge.

  • I already have some experience in Niagara, is this course for me?

    Yes, that means you will run through some course sections faster than you would do in a class room, and you will fulfill your knowledge gaps in other sections.

  • What are the course per-requisites?

    There are no per-requisites as such, however the course assumes you have some idea how building management and control systems work.

  • What do I need to complete the course?

    Laptop and internet connection.

  • I do not have Niagara installed on my laptop - is this a problem?

    Not a problem at all. Once you enroll to the course, we will give you access to Niagara installation files and training license.

  • Do I need to take certification exam?

    Only if you want to get official Tridium certificate, it is however not mandatory.

  • How long do I have to complete the course?

    12 months.

  • Is the credit card only method of payment for the course?

  • Do you offer monthly payment plans?

Greg Bergel is the Founder and Director at Thinktech, a training organization, specializing in technical disciplines and providing training courses in the areas of engineering, networking, Smart Buildings, IoT, digitalization, automation, cybersecurity and related subjects. Greg is also an engineering professional, master system integrator and business leader. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Automatics and Robotics, and a Masters in Business Administration degrees. His many years of international work experience, passion for learning and ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, down to earth manner, making them feel like a breeze, make his trainings both pleasurable and joyful experiences. Greg is a Tridium Certified Trainer and runs all levels of Niagara 4 Certification courses.
